I am sorry to know that you're facing issues with the mobile app. If you are attempting to add funds through the PayPal mobile app and are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue. If not, please try to use the browser to add funds as there might be some glitch with the application.
