Missing payment option

Dear all,

 

I wish to send money to a friend within the same country (Indonesia) in USD currency.

I read some articles related to payment option and the following is my situation

  • I have linked 1 credit card (master card) and the status is confirmed
  • I have linked 1 bank account (indonesian bank) and the status is confirmed
  • My card is available for online transaction, ive used it multiple times for flights and hotel purchases online
  • Both email and phone numbers are verified

As shown on the screenshot above, although ive linked a card and bank account, none shows in the payment option. Instead, im asked to link a card yet after linking another different card, i still couldnt proceed since none of the linked cards/bank showed in the list

Did you ever figure out why this was happening? I am going through the same thing at the moment unfortunately & nobody can tell me why this is happening
