Missing Payment

Hi,

I've some issues in my account, when I tried to buy a game from Epic Games the price of the games was deducted twice from my bank account, and it didn't appear to me in my Epic Games account.

Also, I can't find any new purchases in my Epic Games account.

Last purchase for me listed in my account was 5/16/2022.

And there is nothing in my activities shows that my payments are pending. So, I can't cancel them.

I've knew that they are pending from the bell on the top blue bar.

Thank you for the post. I am sorry to know that there is a payment debited twice from the bank account while the order is not placed. If the payments are done from the bank account through PayPal, payment confirmation emails will be sent to your registered email address. Please do check. Also, contact Epic Games support, it is possible that there is any ongoing issue from their end to accept the payments or to reflect the same on Epic Games account.  For any assistance, please reach PayPal support.

I hope this gets sorted soon.

This is what PayPal shows to me when I go to check out. By the way I've tested my card the last week on other platforms like OSN & Prime Video, and it works perfectly.
