I bought tickets to a concert with PayPal and after a few weeks, I deleted my account for a particular reason. I received an email saying the payment agreement was canceled. I'm supposed to be receiving my tickets 10 days prior to the actual event. Does this mean I'm not receiving my tickets?
Thank you for the post. I understand you are concerned about the tickets bought that are yet to receive. Firstly, I would like to answer your question. Payment agreement is an agreement between you and the merchant/seller to charge you on the purchase per agreement. It gets cancelled when you delete/close PayPal account (when the agreement was made for the payments through PayPal).
Regarding the transaction made, if the status of the transaction was Completed before you have deleted the account, seller/merchant should have received the payment and they should be delivering the tickets. You can also contact them and check the same.
