MY MONEY IS ON HOLD

PayPal has hold my money after one of my students sent it from Mexico. I have been using Paypal for more than 2 years. I have been told to update some info which I did. They said money will be released after 7 days.I am on 9th day and nothing happend. The cusumer service is inexistant and the information are very scarce. Can anyone help.? Thannk you in advance.
