Payment Still on Hold After Adding Tracking Info

My payment was on hold, so I added shipping info (because the app said I would receive my payment 1 day after confirmed delivery) but it’s been delivered for 5 days now and I still haven’t received my payment. What do I do to get my money?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. 

I do understand your concern with this. Typically, funds are released after 21 days or 24 hours after confirmed delivery. 

If your funds have not yet been released, it would either mean that the tracking number was not successfully attached to the transaction, or the tracking number does not show as delivered. I would suggest you follow the steps here to make sure the tracking information has been attached. 

Once we can see the item has been delivered for more than 24 hours, the payment would be released.
