Linked bank account not showing as payment method

I've linked my bank account and confirmed it but when I've gone to buy something through eBay it's not showing the bank account, just a debit card. I've had to set up a new PayPal account but before that I used to use the pay after delivery option but not allowing me to do that as it's not picking up my bank account.

Same problem, done all of the recommended actions here, removed all other forms of payment, verified bank refuses to show up among the list of payment method's in Paypal pop-up window at Ali Express.

Welcome to PayPal Community! I understand that you are having issues with the desired funding source showing on a merchant's site. In most instances, the funding sources that are available when attempting to complete a purchase will be present. If it is not visible it may not be available. My apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I was trying to use my bank account for a purchase on zalando, it showed up ONCE in the payment window. I then had to close it to review the purchase and since then my bank account has not appeared anymore. 
Furthermore, my son can use his bank account no problem when using paypal on that site. We have the same bank.
