Link Credit Cards to Swedish account for money withdrawal

Hi, I have a business paypal account in Sweden.

I mainly deal with European and US customers. My wallet contains mainly EUR and USD.

Is there any chance to link credit cards to withdraw money in EUR or USD without incurring in conversion fees?
