Payment is not available even after account verification.

Hi! I'm new to Paypal and I received a payment recently but it was on hold and asked me to verify my account next day it got verified too, but still after 1 weeks and continue that payment is not available on my account.

ok, firstly you said the payment was on hold and now that its not showing in your balance so can you confirm if you ever saw the payment in your paypal account transaction history / balance at all (even on hold)?

@kernowlass  sorry, if I were not able to explain it clearly, I am working as freelancer and that site transferred money of work to my PayPal account and I also received a mail from PayPal subjected as "your payment is waiting" and asked me to complete the verification next day I submitted my personal details and now its verified, so I am asking how much time its required to available on my account (I never saw its on my account or in my transaction history, my account is new). Thanks again for your fast response and time taken.

ok if you were not verified when the payment was sent then the 'sender' may have cancelled the payment as it was showing as unclaimed?

Best check with them if the payment is showing pending/ unclaimed / completed on their side, if completed (double check the email address is correct without any typos) then contact customer services. Also make sure your email address is confirmed.

You do know you can't accept INR in your paypal account any longer has to be USD?

Have you added USD as a receiving currency on your India paypal account?

The option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in Uganda.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.
