On Dec 9th 2 dif transactions came out of my PayPal account. One was beenverified. I emailed them they said the account under my email was closed out in October. I had them check if any transactions with my bank card info was made & none was. But yet it was taken out of my account the 2nd was Google yousican. I nvr had heard of them. I contacted Google & yousican separate. No act has ever existed using my email or card info. So that ruled out someone using my card without me knowing. Paypal says that both companies received the payment but they say no they didn't they nvr requested for a payment or any act for a payment to be made too. Paypal says they can't release the $ back to me until the 2 companies releases it but they don't have it so means paypal still has it. I submitted proof from both companies. I filled the dispute dec 10th. It took me 5 mins to email the companies get a response & have my answer. It's been 10 days & paypal isn't past the stage of receiving the complaint. Dragging their feet on returning my $ that should nvr been taken out. This has happened several times in the past. $ coming out for accounts that's been closed for up to a yr. It's something on paypals end. But how long do I have to wait? Anyone else have this type experience?
