Hi I am trying to pay for an item on eBay and for some reason it keeps coming up with an error is there a problem with pay pal tonight

I understand you are having trouble to make a payment, it could be a technical issue and request you to please try to clear the cache cookies from your browser and use a new browser and give a try.
