Indian customer credit cards are not working anymore?

Our Indian customers are complaining that their credit card payment is not going through when they are trying to buy our product from our USA account. Is something changed / wring??

I understand that your Indian customers are not able to pay you. I'm sure that would be concerning to hear and I'm sorry! There are currently no known issues or errors that would cause Indian account holders to not be able to process payments. There are many different reasons a card payment may not go through. It would be best for the users to reach out to PayPal customer support to have things reviewed. If you feel it is your account or website that is causing this issue, it would be beneficial to review your account further. See if there are any details in your Notification alerts or your Resolution Center. Additional tips can also be found in our Help Center. If your account needs to be reviewed further, please get in contact with PayPal customer support. This can be done by reviewing our Contact page on the PayPal website, or by going through the "Help" section of your account. It's possible that something needs to be adjusted or resolved on your account.

Thanks for your reply. I will try to put the query again: we have a USA PayPal account that is working since 2012. On that account, we use to receive payments from a cardholder from India. We changed the website recently and changed the payment management on Paypal from ipin messenger to webhooks. Since then on our new website when an Indian buyer is clicking, the credit cards are not accepted and it gives an error. USA credit cards work fine. So we are confused why it should happen when in our earlier website it was working and now on the new website it's not working. So is it because we are not setting webhooks correctly?
