If someone doesn’t have a PayPal account, how can I send the money to them that they need?

You can send money to the recipient’s email address. Then PayPal will email them that they have money to claim with directions to register for a PayPal account to accept the money. Then recipient may link a bank account or perhaps an eligible Visa or MasterCard debit card to the withdraw money or they can verify some personal information in order set up a balance account to keep the money in PayPal to hold or to spend.

If I do surveys and all the cash out redemptions are via PayPal and the other person doesn’t have a PayPal account how does that work to still send them money?
