When someone sends you money it will show in your balance immediately. It sounds like your payment might be on hold though. I’m sorry that you’re unable to access your payment. We may place a temporary hold on some transactions if you’re new to selling with PayPal, if a dispute has been filed against the payment, or if we have questions regarding your transaction history or account information.
