I regularly use ACTIVITIES DOWNLOAD and download all the transactions as CSV files and update my EXCEL file.
I used to see what I had purchased from eBAY etc as The ITEM TITLE (i.e. shopping cart / subject).
For some unknown reason, this information is showing as BLANK.
This maybe a genuine error or it has been intentionally changed by PAYPAL.
I have tried using the options "ALL TRANSACTIONS" and "COMPLETED PAYMENTS".
I would really like to see what I had actually purchased using PAYPAL.
I would be happy to hear from anyone with a good solution or explanation.
