There isn't one, all we can do is point you in the direction of the information so you can read it and work out the transaction fee for yourself, just like the rest of us have to do.

yeah this cannot make sense and their fee breakdowns are not clear, there is a percentage for some fees and a rate, rate of what and percentage of what, this doesn't make much sense and with all the tools paypal has and how big this company is they could work on making things clearer

Its a % of the amount you receive minus the fixed portion.
