I would like A refund

I sent money to my friend and he didn’t get it I want a refund but they keep sending me bots all telling me the same thing of click the refund option under the transaction but it’s not there what do I do?

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account ie Payment / Sent / Pending / Unclaimed etc?

It says that the money is sent

In that case the funds have successfully transferred to a paypal account linked to the email address you sent it to.

If they haven't received it then they are either being untruthful / the email address was incorrect.
