I want my money back.

PayPal suspected my account of "Suspicious activity" when I tried to make a simple payment.

To add insult to injury, they slap me with like a $9 conversion fee and tell the receiver they will get it in 24 hours. Well, more than 24 hours go by, and still hasn't gone through. SO after that he returns my money to me and now PayPal is holding it and wanting a crap ton of documents most of which I don't have on me. Why do I need to go through this whole song and dance when they can SIMPLY place it back into the bank it came from?

Feels like they just want to hold my money and going to charge me more.

**bleep** PayPal, absolute garbage. Can't wait to call.

If he 'refunded' the funds when he returned them then they would have automatically gone back to your funding source used to send the funds in the first place.

OR he could have used the friends/family option IF you had a personal account but that wouldn't work as you have a business account.

So the only other option was to return them using goods/services, paypal then see you as a seller and require certain documentation for you to receive the funds as a seller.
