I've withdraw 85$ to my credit card since 10 days but no money in my card at all,,

it's not the first time I made withdraw to this card and it was completed every time with no issue.

This time transaction 85$ is completed since 10 days and no money at all was send to my visa card. there is no way to contact PayPal team support with same this issues? and when I was trying to make a report about same transaction it only gives (amount different, or there some one login my account)

There is no option (money is not sent to my card) 

I contact the bank and nothing is stuck in the way.

Please help if you have same experience or there is PayPal email I can send for support.
