I never received my money from a transaction

I have recently asked someone to transfer an amount to my paypal more than 1000 euros and he sent me the receipt but I never received the money. He used friends and family. I never even got a notification on my recent activity log or my email.The photo is the receipt he send me to confirm the transaction.What should I do?

Same thing happened to me last week, PayPal lost a 500 euro transaction and there’s absolutely no way to get in contact with them Good luck
