I need help

Hi I’m having trouble withdrawing my money from paypal , only give me the option to add money also every time I try anything it comes up with errors .. I’m not sure what’s going on , is there anyway for anyone to check what’s wrong , would be very much appreciated thanks

Have you withdrawn funds before?

Are the funds in sterling and not another currency?

Have you linked and confirmed a bank account and are you trying to withdraw to that?

If so does the name on the bank account and paypal account match?

Or have you added and confirmed a debit card and are you trying to use that to withdraw funds?

If so does the billing address of the card match your paypal account address?

Hi yes as far as I know everything is linked to same bank account Only thing I can think of is It went funny when I was waiting for money to Come into my account then I realised I had to change my debit card .. due to expiration but I confirmed it .. or Mybe I’ve just reached my limit if so what can I do ? I’ve got money in I just can’t withdraw it or pay for anything with it
