I have problem with refund, i need to ship item back but seller ignoring me and i havent his address

Hi guys Ive problem with my refund. I need to ship item back to seller, to get refund but seller ignoring me and i havent his address.

So what can I do now?

If the item that you received does not match the description in the listing, you can open a dispute in the Resolution Center. Make sure that you choose the Not as Described option. If the item is as was described but you are not happy with it for other reasons, you would have to continue to try to work with the seller outside of the PayPal platform, as Buyer Protection would not cover that eventuality.
