Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.

I've done that but it seems like paypal didn't allow me to send a money even if my balance aren't on hold i don't know what's happening. This is the first time i experience this and i can't send a money to anyone. Every time i try to send the paypal always said " We can't do this transaction please try again later" but it's almost 2 days from now since it's happening.
