my friend sent me money from Venmo and I didn't receive it, the money didn't come back to her. detail that I don't have access to Venmo because I don't live in the USA.

If your friend sent you a payment, please ask them to double-check how they sent the payment. If they entered your PayPal handle in their Venmo payment flow, they may well have sent the payment to the incorrect account. 

Your friend can get help by reaching out to Venmo Customer Service.
