I can't connect my paypal account to battle.net

I tried to connect my PayPal account to my battle.net account a few times and each time it showed me that my PayPal account has been connected, however I still cannot use it as a payment method. I tried contacting the battle.net support team and they advised me to clear my browser's cache and cookies(it didn't work), and if it doesn't work then contact the PayPal support team. Has anyone encountered this problem? Did anyone solve it?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues while integrating a billing agreement into your account. We usually advise our users to contact the merchant with regards to this issue. As you have tried all the possible ways like troubleshooting steps and tried contacting the merchant and you're still running into issues after that, I recommend you please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
