How to use Paypal Balance to pay from business account?

I am trying to subscribe for premium account for a website that uses Paypal. Unfortunately, there is no available way where I can us Paypal balance to pay from my business account. Is there an issue with my business account?

I tried to access my preferred payment method to change to Paypal balance, but there is no option like this.

I read all the agreement.

1. I see it was issued in 2014. Does it still up and running till now?

2. I see I am in the affected countries. How to avoid being under these conditionos and regulations mentioned, is there a way out, and are there any exceptions? Mentioned that, there is always an issue with paying with debit or credit cards.

3. If there are no way out, do you know any type of credit or debit cards that could make the payment?

Thanks for the help @kernowlass! For Egypt PayPal accounts, the option to use PayPal balance as payment method is not yet available. We are working to make this feature available in the future.

You can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards to make or send payments with PayPal. Unfortunately, there are some cards that aren't compatible for use with PayPal. This may include most online or virtual cards. You can find possible reasons for payment declines here.
