How to turn this off with auto-renewals: We’ll use your balance first.

With all my auto-renewals or subscriptions that I am making there's the message  "We’ll use your balance first." before using my preferred method of payment with either debit or credit card payment. How do I turn that off so they don't take from my balance and just charge my preferred card instead?
