There’s no direct way to transfer between cashapp/PayPal. Have to use a traditional bank account to act as a bridge.
Link your traditional bank account to both Cash app and PayPal. Then transfer money from Cash app to bank account and then add money to PayPal from your bank account. Any other way is risky.
