How to transfer Paypal balance to another verified bank card India?

Hi Community,

I received a payment from Topcoder to Paypal. In Activity I can see

Transfer from: PayPal balance

Transfer to:  ( STATE BANK OF INDIA   x-[Removed])

However this bank card(ending [Removed]) is not used by me anymore, I tried deleting the same multiple times, but could not. 
 

I want the payment to be transferred to another 'confirmed' HDFC mastercard, that I added in wallet section. Can someone please suggest how I can stop the current transfer to old/invalid bank card and send the same money to my required card?
