Hi @jrowlan.
I am sorry to know that the money was automatically withdrawn to your bank. Ideally this happens when you have set up an auto withdrawal. You would be able to manage it by clicking here.
Stay safe and have a good day! -Nasir

Hello everyone!
Welcome to the PayPal Community! @NasirB, I think that article is for money going into PayPal, not out of PayPal. @jrowlan, I think you may be referencing something called Auto Sweep. If that's the case, here's how to turn that feature off:
- Hover over your name in the top right corner.
- Click Account Settings in the drop-down menu.
- Click Money, banks and cards on the left.
- Click Manage to the right of "Automatic transfers."
- Click Edit.
- Click No under "Would you like to enable Auto-Sweep?"
- Click Save.
I hope that helps!
