How to process Person Not Present Payments in Different Currency

I complete work in the UK for an American company. They are reputable logistics company who have recently changed the way the pay their invoices, I'm a bit annoyed that I will be charged extra to process payments from this company.

I am now presented with card details and an amount in US$ for me to process as a 'Person Not Present' payment. However, firstly, how do I change the currency designation from GBP? They also provide a billing address as a set of numbers, but is not a 'Post Code' which my device is asking for! I have a limited time in which to process these payments so I would be grateful if somebody could tell be how to do this please?

Hello @gideon29,

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry you're running into some paying an invoice for a specific company. The 'Person not Present' fee, post code, and ability to change the currency from USD to GBP or vice versa would be items and settings the merchant would include on the invoice specifically, not necessarily PayPal. However, we are happy to help the sender of the invoice adjust their settings to input a different postal code and adjust any other settings necessary. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams after working with the sender of the merchant. Our Customer Support is available by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.

Good luck!
