How to cancle a pending order?

I purchased 2 items of EA, but an extra pending order appeared on my account. I've already contacted with EA customer service, but the order history in my EA account does not show an extra pending order. So how to cancle the order in paypal.

Welcome to the Community! 

A pending order status means the merchant has received the order, but they haven't processed the transaction. If you have one complete transaction, but an extra pending order, that usually means there was an error when the payment was processed. The merchant will have the option to void the transaction through their PayPal account, but if they don't it'll expire after 30 days.
