My wife and I are going Vegas soon, so my question is: In 2023, how reliable is adding cash to my PayPal balance at a store(CVS, Walmart, etc…) and how soon is the money available?
I recommend having a credit card you can fall back on, just in case. Expect a 35% chance of some problem. (ie. short or long delay of money being available)
Do not lose the receipt when you do add money at the register.
