Unlink a closed debit card from limited account.

I linked a Walmart money card to my account and recently it got closed unknown to me. At this point my account was been requested to be resolved. And I can't have access to the said account anymore nor even have an access to unlink the card from my account. Please I really need help on this.

Normally you can't remove anything from a limited account, you would need to resolve any limitations first.

If its a permanent limitation you could try an appeal?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
