I am sorry to know that the payment was declined. Please know that there could be several reasons why a transaction can be denied and if there are any issues with the transaction the funds will be reversed to the original payment method. If the payment was processed towards an order that failed, but the funds were deducted from the account and expecting a refund from the merchant, please take a look at this help center article.
