After looking at every youtube tutorial, with them telling me I have to go to my page and look at a confirm receipt button the button dosent seem to pop up, ive asked the seller and hes already set the tracking info to be set so I can have the confirm receipt button pop up and I dont get why its not there, ive waiting the 48 hours and just want to get his payment off hold cause hes a friend of mine.
In one reported case, I seen the buyer open a dispute and closed it and the confirm receipt would appear. Otherwise, PayPal releases funds within 1 to 3 days of confirmed delivery via tracking. Keep checking in the meantime for the button particularly after tracking status is at delivered.
