How do I find the reason a subscription payment didn't go through?

I pay my internet subscription through PayPal but the now past 2 transactions haven't worked. My internet is now off but I'm trying to figure out where I go to see why the payment didn't go through. Also if there is a way to re-initiate the payment.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.
I do understand your concern with this. When a payment is declined, you would typically receive an email with the reason. I would suggest you check your email inbox for any updates.
When a payment is declined by your bank/card issuer, PayPal will attempt to take the payment twice more. If your bank/card is declined again, your back up funding source would be charged. You ca check the status of any payments in your PayPal 'Activity' page.

I finally figured it out when I tried to send a payment to their email. It pops up and says they're not allowed to receive payments at this time. Maybe they were doing something wrong and paypal stopped it, I'm not sure. Thank you though!
