Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!
If you are looking to send an automatic payment, the recipient would have to have their checkout set up to receive automatic payments and billing agreements. In the merchant's checkout, you would follow the prompts to set that arrangement up, and then the payments would be made automatically on the agreed-upon schedule after that.
