Completed transactions cannot be canceled. You’ll have to request a refund from within the transaction or open a dispute - report a problem option (if available). Click the transaction to contact recipient or for contact information.
Pending/unclaimed with a cancel link can be canceled. If pending with no cancel link, wait 30 days and money is automatically refunded.
