How do I add a supplier to my automatic payments? I used to have them there but they've disappeared from my list. I can see how to remove one but not how to add one and can't find the answer in the various Paypal options, though I may be missing it or looking in the wrong place.
You’ll need to make a transaction with the supplier and during the PayPal checkout process, the automatic payment (AP) is set up when you finish paying. Read the checkout screens carefully for the terms of automatic payment or billing agreement. That is when you know AP is going to be set up once you complete checkout.
Thank you. The thing is that I've had an automatic payment operating with this supplier for several years and servicing a monthly bill. For no reason that I can ascertain it has suddenly disappeared and my last payment was declined. I don't understand this as I have an actual positive balance well in excess of the charge and also a link my bank account for when my balance is exhausted. If you have any clues about this, I'd appreciate hearing them. However I do thank you for your answer and will indicate so once you reply again.
