Hi everyone! 

I see this topic still gets a lot of traffic, so I wanted to make sure that I posted an updated response with the most universal information possible.

Withdrawal options may vary from country to country. For instance, in the US, there are several withdrawal options, but withdrawal is not possible to a credit card. In some countries, it is possible to withdraw to a Visa credit card, but not to a bank or a different type of card. In some countries, payments cannot be received, and so withdrawal is not a feature of the account.

If you have a balance in your account that you would like to withdraw, there will be an option to withdraw or transfer the balance right near the balance. Available options will be listed.

This is not useful if you keep getting the pop up 'We're sorry, that bank account is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts.' I dont have it lined anywhere on my paypal account and I dont have my paypal account linked anywhere on my bank account???? HELP!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that the bank is showing up as linked to another PayPal account. Please call customer service by phone to allow a representative to search using the account number and determine how the bank is linked and offer any potential solutions. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, then log in or call as a guest.
