How can I stop an auto payment I cannot find on my account page?

Hello,

I would really appreciate help with this. I set up a monthly donation with a charity that comes out of my Paypal account. Now, I need to change the amount and I cannot find the transaction history, the donor, or anything on my account page, dashboard, or anywhere on my Paypal account. How can I track this down and make the change? Thank you! Steve

Hi @Blue891,

Welcome to the PayPal Community and thank you for your post!

I am sorry to hear the item/service you received does not work. I know this must be frustrating. Firstly, I would suggest you try to contact the seller to request your refund. You can find the seller's contact details by clicking on the transaction on your PayPal Activity page.

If they do not respond, you can open a dispute with us. I would advise you to open a Significantly Not As Described dispute. This can be done by following the steps here

Any updates will then be sent via email.

I hope this helps!
