How can I receive the dollars without conversion to my local currency?

My strong currency is already the dollar, but Paypal always changes the money to the currency of the country where I live, I already added an account in dollars, but the same thing continues.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! I'm sorry about any frustration you're experiencing with currency conversion. 

When withdrawing to a bank account, the withdrawal currency will always be the default currency for that country and it is unable to be changed. However, if the withdrawal is to a card, you can contact customer service to request that the card's currency be changed. To find your contact options, click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
