I need to get reports from 2010 to current but am only allowed 7 years. Not only that I think I had a personal account then and changed to a business account in 2018. There is a good good good good reason i need this info from 12 years ago

You are limited on your account to 7 years of activity history, however, our Customer Support team can submit a request for the additional historic data if required.
