Using PayPal for the first time. I created an account several years ago. But finally decided to do a transaction to purchase a shoe. Funds were taken off my credit card and then I received a reference ID with notice stating that I will no longer be able to do business with PayPal. I am a bit confused. Could someone help
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
