Help me withdraw my money?

I have sold something on depop, and normally the money comes through straight away. This time paypal sent me an email saying i have received the money like it normally does, but i go to withdraw it and it says my paypal balance is £0. Anyone know what is happening?

I'm sorry to hear the money you received is not showing in your balance. The money would go into your balance when it's received, if it is not showing, your account may have been in a negative balance due to a dispute or the payment is in your pending balance due to a payment hold.
