Help!! Have Paypal taken payment for my order?

I placed an order on one website and paid with my PayPal. Unfortunately! my order could not be submitted, but it seems that PayPal has taken money from my bankaccount about 65€. I haven't received any payment confirmation email from paypal. What should I do?

Wait several to 30 days for the hold to lapse and release funds. The bank approved the authorization while PayPal order failed. If hold lays beyond 30 days contact bank to void the authorization.

@ Yingbum24  Sometimes this can happen in confirmation of credit cards. If you throw the Paypal Processing Receipt where you shop online, your order can be completed. Or you will receive a return within a few days in a possible situation.
