Haven't received the money i transfered to my SWIFT Wire account

Hello guys please need help regarding a transfer. I transfered funds from paypal to my account but my bank say it hasn't received the funds but paypal confirms the tranfer has been completed and successfull. It's a SWIFT Wire account and can only receive ACH payments but Paypal did a normal wire transfer so my bank says that could be the reason why the bank hasn't received the funds. It's been 2 weeks now this has been going on. So please what can be the issue and what can i do? Has anyone faced this situation before? Thanks for your feedback

Contact customer services for a trace number to give to your bank?

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
