I sent money to a friend and instead of selecting friends and family I hit goods and services. How can I receive my money back from them because it doesnot show up on their end but it states I sent the money but it’s not showing up in their PayPal account balance

Firstly double check the email address you used to send the funds and make sure there were no spelling errors or typos.

Secondly what does it say on the transaction on your paypal account ie pending / unclaimed or completed.
