Getting money from viagogo

I sold tickets with viagogo and set my paypal account as default method of recieving payment. After a while they contacted me and said that they tried to make a transfer but paypal refused to proceed transaction. Is there any way to check their statements? cause viagogo has reputation of a scammer.

I understand that you're trying to receive money from the sales and I know how important it is to have funds at the right time. Please be informed that if there are any issues with your account, you will be notified by your Resolution Center about it, and ask you to submit the required details. In this case, please check the Resolution Center. Before you proceed make sure you have shared the correct email address and have it confirmed. If everything looks good on the account, then it is probably a scam. If they are having any issues with their account, you may ask them to contact us directly. If you have received the money you will be notified in your email and the payment should be reflected in the activity/transaction page.
